The Client Experience


We have a dedicated phone line that is answered throughout our regular business hours so each client call can be addressed in a timely manner. During off-business hours, you will have 24/7 access to all accounts managed by Lakeview Capital Partners through online access to our performance reporting software, Envestnet, and your custodian.


We have available a Weekly Market Update that provides timely and informative market information, research and analysis.


The account custodian will provide you with monthly or quarterly account statements which will reflect the positions end of month pricing in each of your accounts as well as transactions and other account activity.


A robust performance report will be made available to you quarterly. You have the option to choose a report that shows both Lakeview managed and unmanaged accounts in a consolidated manner. We report on account holdings, several risk and return metrics, significant cash flow events, trading activity, and also include a quarterly commentary regarding current market conditions.


Upon request or as deemed necessary, we will take a deep-dive into your overall financial position, re-establish your objectives, and perform a financial “check-up” to be sure your overall financial plan is in good health. We will pull in our family-office resources to address issues that have been identified, mine solutions and come to a committee-style decision on implementation of the appropriate solutions.
